Located in the harsh desert climate of Yucca Valley, the UCI Burns Piñon Reserve required a thorough service assessment to ensure its continued operation despite constant exposure to the elements.
The resulting recommendations specified critical repairs to key structural elements and provided support for Terrain’s interior design and improved building access.
