Stiff Peaks is a small studio for a screen writer/director. The structure is located on a steep backyard hillside that’s made up of many levels, retaining walls and archways and was inspired by the “secret garden vibe” of the existing back yard. A roof deck was added to the structure along with a large skylight near the front of the building to bring natural light into the space below.
