Peace4Kids Nature Retreat
Located on a 20-acre site in Agua Dulce, the grassroots non-profit Peace4Kids provides a nature retreat for youth in foster care.
Sustainably designed and nestled into the landscape, the new buildings provide temporary stay accommodations for children and adult volunteers, as well as a permanent residence for a full-time caretaker. NOUS worked closely with LOHA to facilitate a design that works with its natural surroundings as well as with its particular population.
