PACIFIC LANDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Santa Monica, CA USA
2023

Pacific Landing is a mixed-use, 100% affordable housing project designed for people living on a limited income located on Lincoln Blvd in Santa Monica. Close to downtown Santa Monica and the beach, the 4 story, 42,000 square foot building provides thirty-seven residential units for families in need. The commercial space, housing social services and amenities are located at the ground level featuring larger spans, above the below grade parking. The units above are accessed from the central courtyard that serves as shared space for the residents. The design locates common space accentuated with landscape throughout the building and at the rooftop terrace providing views of downtown Santa Monica and out towards the Santa Monica Bay.

The highly sustainable building will attain LEED platinum status when complete.

The project is being developed by a Community Corp of Santa Monica, a local non-profit developer.
