Otis Campus Renovation
The Otis College of Art and Design occupies the former IBM Headquarters, a historic building designed by Eliot Noyes.
The interior renovation, designed by Frederick Fisher and Partnership with EYRC, modernized five floors of studio space and improved access to each. The renovation also included a comprehensive structural evaluation of the existing building, ensuring that the building continues serving as a steward of the arts for years to come.
