Euclid Creative Office
This new three-story mixed-use project features long spans, split levels, and an open-air atrium that fosters connectivity and maximizes exposure to outdoor spaces.
NOUS provided structural engineering services to facilitate BA Collective’s concrete podium design, using steel moment framing to preserve expansive, column-free interiors. The lower levels include three subterranean parking stories with automated systems, one of which houses a private theater. The building achieved LEED Platinum certification.
