Edward Vincent Jr. Park Maintenance Facility
A 55-acre community park in Los Angeles’ Inglewood neighborhood, Edward Vincent Jr. Park is a vital urban green space.
For decades, Edward Vince Jr. Park has served the surrounding community as a public recreation and gathering space. The project began with several buildings slated for demolition and a need for new facilities that could comfortably accommodate expanded offices and maintenance spaces. NOUS and HansonLA collaborated to coordinate and streamline construction methods, allowing the park to remain open for as long as possible and minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations. The upgrades also included new fences and retaining walls, additional outdoor storage areas, expanded surface parking, and improvement to both the landscape and hardscape across the public destination.
