The new 10,000 SF multi-story bridge residence was carefully embedded into a Los Angeles hillside. Close foundation and shoring coordination with an arborist was required to ensure the preservation of multiple old growth oak trees. The structure boasts large cantilevers, a sculptural stair, using long spans and minimal framing to achieve maximum open space.
