Africa Wildlife Foundation Campuses
NOUS partnered with MASS Design Group to provide structural solutions for three primary schools in Sub-Saharan Africa, a region with a moderate-to-high risk of seismic events.
NOUS established engineering parameters that integrate high safety standards with local construction practices. As the first phase of an initiative to build 15 schools across the region, the successful delivery of Mubuga Primary School (Rwanda), Lupani African Conservation School (Zambia), and Manyara Primary Ranch School (Tanzania) demonstrates the potential of community-based building methods to improve educational access, resilience, and conservation.
